These terms cover your use of Fetchi, the desktop assistant made by [COMPANY] ("we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
What Fetchi is
Fetchi is a voice assistant that runs on your Mac and can act on your behalf: it can operate applications, browse the web, and send messages you approve. Consequential actions ask for your confirmation first.
Your data
Your assistant data lives on your Mac, not on our servers — the full, honest breakdown of every byte that leaves your machine is in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for what you ask Fetchi to do. Actions it takes with your confirmation are your actions.
- Don't use Fetchi to break the law, to harass people, or to violate other services' terms.
- Keep your account token safe; anyone holding it can spend your credits.
Paid plans
Paid tiers are billed through Stripe. Usage is metered against your plan's monthly allowance; we show you where you stand rather than surprising you. Cancel anytime — paid time runs to the end of the period. Refunds for genuine problems: email us.
The honest disclaimers
Fetchi drives real software with an AI model, and AI models make mistakes. The service is provided "as is", without warranty. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
